[CASL-L] Follett Frustration

I have had success with Permabound and you do not have to buy the
Permabound binding.  For picture books I always purchased either library
bound or regular hardcover.  Check in with Ken Kuckel.  They might be in
the same situation but last school year, they were pretty quick with a high
fill rate and abut 12-15% cheaper.
