The CT Office of Early Childhood is making Sparkler's mobile app available for free to all families in Connecticut with children 0-5 years old.
It's a fun app that parents and caregivers can use to spark healthy early childhood development. Families can access: Ages & Stages Questionnaires® developmental screening; off-screen, educational playtime activities; tips for parents; and connections to local supports and resources, including Help Me Grow CT and 211 Child Development.
