In Southington:

HS - 2000 enrollment - LMS and a FT Para (but it is a supervised study hall for all grades every period every day)

2 MS - LMS between 2 bldgs, 1 FT Para, 1 PT Para

7 ELEM, all have a FT para, one large school has a FT LMS, 6 smaller elems are staffed by 3 LMS that divide week between schools

Our district has a full time certified LMS at all schools, some have a part time para or full time para or both depending on our numbers (how large our school is).

Hello LMSs, I am working on new staffing guidelines for our district.(urban district 20,000 students, K-12)  I will certainly be using AASL standards as my guide.  I would like to go into the meeting talking about best practices in the state, especially in light of the Ct Dept of Ed adopting the new AASL & ISTE standards in Dec 21 - Jan 22.
If you feel comfortable sharing your system's staffing information I would most appreciative. I am most interested in systems that have a FT LMS in each school.
