 "Each Kindness" by Jacqueline Woodson is not exactly empathy, but it's such an amazing book.

Can anyone suggest some picture books on empathy?  I have a 5th grade teacher that wants to do a lesson for her students.  I was thinking to have multiple books for students to be able to read/use in small group work.  I have these so far:
