[CASL-L] Revamping Picture Books and Easy Non-Fic

Hi Leslie, personally, I move stuff to where kids and teachers will find it
best. Within the 900s, I wouldn't redo the numbers at all, just put them
where you want them (and if you are lucky enough to have someone who helps
you shelve, just let them know). If something is in art, but you want it
somewhere else, then I would probably change the call number.
