HI!
I took the REALISD STEM class in the fall and we learned about this design
thinking game. I've done this with grades 3-5 so far and it's great! I
printed the cards and laminated them so they can be reused. The first time
I use the game I introduce our design process steps and then we work
through the game. I do one challenge for the entire group the first time
and will mix it up in the future. The first time is so they understand how
the game works. Overall, I'm spending 3 classes on the intro to the game,
but I want them to actually create a model. If not, I would use 2
classes.

These make great makerspace challenges too!!

Since the kids had so much fun I wanted to share. Here is the website,
just scroll half way down and you'll see Design Game. I use both the
pictures and the words versions.
