[CASL-L] book vendors

They don't process but Barnes and Noble has a separate ordering site for
this purpose (called Classwork?). They came very quickly--within days, and
you can tell what's in stock. One of my local store reps helped set up the
account.
I was also advised here by CASL folks that small orders arrive faster from
Follett. Getting them unprocessed will also speed up your delivery.
