[CASL-L] [EXTERNAL] book vendors

I second Gumdrop - Greg is awesome to work with! My orders from Gumdrop
came so quickly compared to Mackin placed the same day. They do processing
but send the barcodes/call numbers so you place them yourself, but still
easier than having to print your own call numbers. I usually do all/most of
my nonfiction through Gumdrop for that reason!
