[CASL-L] Great HS Fiction Author Visit

Hi All,
We had a great time hosting West Hartford author Rebecca Lowry Warchut.
For $500, she did six presentations(!), handed out swag, and regaled our
students with her fascinating life, inspiration for writing, and many
positive messages.  She's a teacher, and every part of her presentation
reflected that.  Several of her books were checked out by the end of the
day.  Here's a presentation

we put together for the PTO and administration which includes student
quotes from a survey administered after the event.
