[CASL-L] Nutmeg ballots and a couple slides for '24

Nutmeg ballots were already made available.  Have you signed up for the
Nutmeg newsletter?  Everything was already emailed out in that newsletter,
including a link to a digital ballot and a paper ballot.  Have you tried
visiting the website to see if you can get ballots there that you may need?
