[CASL-L] [EXTERNAL] Google Form that has a limited # of spots

Morning-

We do this for our Summer Reading Book clubs each year.  We limit groups to
about 25 and use a Google Add on "Form Limiter".  There have been a few
that we have used because some were no longer working, but it definitely
does the trick!
