 YES!!!!  The app I was trying to remember the name of was ThingLink!!!!!  I second this idea.  Much less likely to cause vertigo among viewers than Prezi.

My new superintendent asked me for help with a presentation that he wants to give to staff in the fall. The image is a coherence framework (I've attached the picture below) and when you hover over a section of the image he wants it to pop up with more information about the topic.
