[CASL-L] Link and QR code to quickly get people to the webpage to support of SB1271

[CASL Vice President]

I've saved this QR code to my camera roll, so I can quickly get people to
scan it when I'm out and about. Brings people right to the EveryLibrary
page where they simply type their contact info (no school email addresses)
and hit the "Add your voice" button. The site automatically sends it to
state reps and senators. (People do not pull in that info to the form
letter of support for SB1271.) We're currently up to 310 supporters! Let's
get that well over 400 quickly! It literally takes less than five minutes
to show your support!
