How about the book the Iceberg is Melting by Kotter? It is a metaphorical
book about change written using penguins and a melting iceberg. It
addresses all kinds of personality that arises with change and discusses
how leaders should interact with the different personalities to get
everyone on board with a new initiative. Its an easy quick read and very
simplistic. I hope this helps.
