I absolutely loved Difficult Conversations: How to Discuss What Matters
Most by Stone, Patton & Heen:

I read it for an educational leadership course when getting my sixth year,
although it's not specific to education. Our whole class agreed we were
going to implement these strategies not just at work but in our personal
relationships as well!
