[CASL-L] AI / Academic Integrity policy

Here's what we drafted as our stance on AI. We didn't make a new policy,
per se, since we have an acceptable use policy and an academic integrity
policy already that cover cheating, plagiarism, and unacceptable use of
technology. That being said, the tracking idea is interesting since it's
happening constantly in all disciplines.
