Braille Discovery Kit

As highlighted at CLA, the Middletown Library Service Center now has a Braille Discovery Kit<https://cslib.libcal.com/equipment/item/200185> available for a 45 day loan. The Braille Discovery kit offers a multi-modal opportunity to learn about braille. The kit includes Twin Vision books-print picture books with a braille overlay, board books with an adhesive braille sticker, LEGOs with braille and activities, practice braille blocks, flash cards, a 6 cup muffin tin with tennis balls, and more. Middletown Library Service Center Collections


The Middletown Library Service Center (MLSC) has many, many collection items worth knowing about, exploring, and of course, borrowing! We lend resources to public, school, and academic libraries throughout the state of Connecticut to help supplement collections or provide access to resources that otherwise might be out of reach. We lend Picture Books, Non-fiction, Book Discussion Sets, and more!
