We have a similar bank of loaner laptops and chargers at my school. I used
to give them out whenever a student needed a device, but that quickly
turned into the same students borrowing every day. Now I've been trying to
stick to a more strict rule of no loaners or chargers unless the IT
Department has your device for repairs. If they left it at home, that is
their responsibility.
