[CASL-L] Future of Flight Author Suggestions

My school is hosting an event for students focused on the future of flight, and we are exploring the possibility of inviting an author to speak with students. We are especially interested in someone who writes about science fiction, space, or aviation and can share insights into both the writing process and imagining future technologies.

If you happen to know of any local-ish authors who might be a good fit, I would greatly appreciate any recommendations.
