[CASL-L] New Policy Approval due to Freedom to Read

Hi Jen,
We are in the process of adopting the updated Shipman Policy, which will be
added to, not replacing, our current policy.
They u[dated the policy after the CABE policy came out in late fall with
changes.
This keeps us in line with surrounding districts.
