I listened to this.  There is a fairly graphic threesome, FYI.  It's just the one scene, otherwise a decent romantasy/dark academia.  But that one scene leaves NOTHING to the imagination.

 Good morning-
I'm wondering if any of you have seen the recent controversy that blew up this weekend over this book? I have it on my order list at the moment because it is listed as a "Best of Titlewave" book and is this month's GMA YA Book Club pick. It definitely sounds like a story that my students would be interested in. With that being said, I saw the "questionable" pages posted online and am wondering what others think. The last thing I want to do is participate in soft censorship, but I'm not sure that this meets the collection development policy despite the positive reviews. SLJ and Kirkus both mention the explicit scene. Booklist and Publisher's Weekly do not.
Thanks in advance for your thoughts-Jenna DuetzmannSchool Library Media SpecialistOxford High Schoolduetzmannj at opsct.org203-888-2468 ext. 301_________________________
