[CASL-L] [EXTERNAL] NCTE Working AI Framework

Hi Jenny -
Thanks for the forward! I saw this and sent it to the "powers that be" at
my district yesterday... Does CASL have a working group for AI? If not,
should we start one? I'd be very happy to be involved...
