I have one set, also from 1999 I believe. I've only been in my school for a year, and have kept it but only took some books out to use as a demo when discussing an event in a young reader's book!My district has a subscription to Go Grolier which I prefer as students can access it from home or school.

Hello All,Just a question. I'm new to my school library. Current Encyclopedias on the shelves are from 1999. They have 4 sets, New Book of Knowledge, Comptons, World Book and Britannica. All 1999. I'm thinking we only need one set with an additional online database of some sort. But wondering what other school libraries do...how many different sets do you have? Or are you completely online for this now? I'm leaning towards just an online subscription. Any preferences..Britannica or World Book?
Thanks for the help!
