RBdigital Mobile App Updates
On October 16, there will be a set of enhancements added to the RBdigital mobile app. This update will include the resolution of certain issues identified by patrons and librarians, along with the following new features:

Suggestive search, which makes it easier for users to find their favorite titles. Results pop up while users type their search criteria.

Checkout and Download buttons for magazines have been redesigned to make downloading even easier.

A redesign of the Audiobook Player, which includes adjustable playback speed and increases usability for patrons.

“Your Place in Holds Line” allows patrons to see their position in line for a title that is on hold.
Zinio for Libraries Mobile App Migration to RBdigital
We can see in the data that nearly 60% of Zinio for Libraries app patrons have already migrated to the RBdigital app, which provides access to magazines and other types of content to which your library subscribes.
To provide enough time for the other 40% of patrons to migrate, patrons will be able to access all of the functions of the Zinio for Libraries app until December 11, 2017. At that time, the Zinio for Libraries app will be locked for each patron. The app will
still be available but will display the following message:
Message Text: “Zinio for Libraries has merged with RBdigital. To access your magazine collection, please download the new RBdigital app now by clicking here. Note: Your username and password will remain the same."
