Good morning all,

Have you ever used a Mother Goose Kit created by the Vermont Center for the Book?  The Middletown Library Service Center has several.  You can book them in advance and borrow them for 2 ½ months.  Each kit comes with picture books, activity guide, and any supporting materials needed.  (For example, Mother Goose meets mother nature includes plastic magnifiers).

 

Kits available for borrowing for Nov 1-Jan 15 include:

Beginning with Mother Goose : Introducing Families with Infants and Toddlers to literacy, Language and Learning Through Great Children's Literature

Growing with Mother Goose : Families growing and learning together through great children's literature

You Can Count On Mother Goose : A family activity guide introducing Mathematics through great children's literature

Mother Goose Asks "Why?" : A family activity guide introducing science through great children's literature

Mother Goose Meets Mother Nature Introducing Environmental Experiences through Great Children's Literature
