Hi Mary,
In Farmington, we have created our own document of Inquiry & Research Standards using the ALA Inquiry Standards, Common Core Reading, Writing and Listening/Speaking, C3 Social Science Standards, Next Generation Science, ISTE technology standards and the Global Standards-Asia Society.  Our 5-12 LMS plan to crosswalk new AASL Standards with our I & R Standards this spring.  I recently attended the CREC Library Media Specialist Council and suggested as a group we look at the standards and crosswalk them with the older version. I was hoping that CASL would be reporting out on the changes.
Hope this information helps.
Nancy

Good morning,
My director is interested in knowing how many school libraries in Connecticut have purchased or are planning to purchase the new AASL Standards as opposed to using the new ISTE standards alone or writing your own standards.

Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
