Would a simple Google form work? Are they selecting from a list or is it completely self-selected?

When I have yearbook superlatives votes, I use a company called yearbook vote and to protect student privacy, I ask the tech support team to create an excel file with temporary access. We then have to share instructions with students and once the portal is closed, I get reports in Excel.

Subject: [CASL-L] electronic sign up

Happy Friday,

I need to find a way for students to jelectronically sign up to select their  summer independent reading book club choices.  Does anyone have any recommendations?  8th through 11th graders would be possible participants (ages 13+), but I'm always concerned with COPPA.

My requirements:
I need to list 20-30 titles with up to 20 people signing up for each.  I need students to have the ability to edit their choices, if they change their mind.

Possibly considering Sign-up Genius

Thanks for any help/suggestions you can provide.
