Good Morning!

I am speaking with the ARCLMS cohort on Monday and have created a Flipgrid for those of us in the field to share our knowledge and advice with future librarians.  I would greatly appreciate it if you would take some time to share YOUR advice.

I feel very fortunate to be a part of such a dynamic and talented team and I know not everyone will have that in their future position, so I thought this was one way help us share our thoughts. (This is ongoing so even if you don't have time to do this before Monday, please do it at some point!!)

The first topic is "I Wish They Would Have Told Me..." and is intended to give new librarians some good advice as they begin their new career.

I intend to add different topics in the future and if you have any suggestions for what they could/should be.

Have a great day!
