Hi Jodie,

I use one with the addon Choice Eliminator 2 which sets parameters on the number of students who can sign-up from each study hall. When the maximum number of students coming from a particular teacher's study hall has been met that particular choice from the drop-down menu is eliminated. I save the spreadsheet data after every use by copying the sheet info into a duplicate tab and naming the tab with the date. Hope that makes sense and helps.
