Our district has been experiencing issues with Destiny being slow during circulation (both checking in and out). We thought it was our server, but apparently it is not just our district. I figured I would send this out to the state in case other districts are having the same issue.
I am in a professional learning community on Facebook and the same Destiny issues we are having were raised as a concern and there are librarians from all over the country. There was a message from the Follett team who has been working since early last week to resolve the issues and in that message it says "Destiny 16.0 also included other system improvements that may require additional changes if you have older server hardware. If you are experiencing slow circulation response times, please have your district technical team contact Follett Destiny Technical Support team so we can take a look. Please call 1-888-511-5114 Option 3 and then Option 2."
