I am currently partnering with AASL and ALA Editions to develop a book publication delving into the Shared Foundation of Inquire in AASL’s National School Library Standards. In order for this work to be representative of the breadth of our schools, learners, settings, and experiences, I would like to feature lesson plan examples from school librarians around the country. You can include many lessons that make up an inquiry unit; these lessons will be divided up into chapters that speak to each domain.

Please consider sharing your experience with teaching and learning within the Inquire Foundation by submitting a lesson (or lessons in an inquiry unit) that supports Inquire and the Domains of Think, Create, Share and Grow through this form.

**The contributor is granting AASL/ALA the right to publish the material in this book, but that the contributor still retains ownership of the lesson that they contributed.
