FYI, please see EBSCO’s message below.  The Google Sign-in feature is useful to create individual accounts where a user can create custom folders and store retrieved articles, etc. within them.  I have enabled Google authentication in researchIT CT EBSCO accounts to make this an option for your users.

Google Sign In is now available!

We are pleased to announce that your library’s users can now sign in to your EBSCO resources using their Google (or Gmail) credentials. This feature was automatically turned on for customers with personalization enabled in their EBSCOadmin™ accounts.

If you’re not seeing the Google Sign In option, you will need to take additional steps in EBSCOadmin to enable the feature for your institution’s users. Click the button below for more information and instructions on enabling and disabling Google Sign In.

Easier Access

Users don’t need to remember additional login credentials to access their My EBSCOhost® accounts.
