Hi Torrie - here is a blog post from Shannon Miller which includes a padlet of SEL picture books.

Could be a good place to start.

Hi all,

My district is receiving PD in social-emotional learning and I was hoping to add some titles to our K-5 collection to support this. Suggestions can be professional titles for teachers, but mentor texts/picture books for classroom lessons would also be helpful. We used Each Kindness by Woodson last year and Invisible Boy by Ludwig is our schoolwide read this year.

Thanks in advance,
