Everyone,

 

researchIT CT has OneSearch to search all of our resources at once.  Up until now it was represented as this web button on our "Resources for..." web pages:

In order to remove one step in our users' search process, we are now trialing a OneSearch search box on selected pages that looks like this:

This search box will connect the searcher directly to OneSearch and execute a search.

 

NOTE: In this search box, the web button is inactive; you must key in a search term or terms in the box and click or tap the Search button for results.

 

At this time, a OneSearch search box is present near the top of the page, center, in the following pages:

 

Resources for High Schools

Resources for Middle Schools

Resources for Elementary Schools

Resources for Colleges & Universities

 

I hope this will streamline researchIT CT searching for your patrons who use OneSearch.
