Hello everyone,

My library program is in danger of being transformed into just technology! I don’t want to see this happen. They have already cut my class time from 60 minutes to 35 minutes. Prior to this year I was teaching 30 mins of library and 30 mins of technology each week. This year I had to split it up and alternated weeks, 2 weeks of library and 2 weeks of computer. Next year they are thinking they want me to go to just technology to meet the newly adopted Computer Science Standards! I’m hoping you will help me collect some data on how other schools in our state are managing time in the media center, specifically at the lower elementary levels (I am prek-2).

Help me save my library program by clicking on this link and giving me some information on how it is done in your district!! Thank you so much, I know we have very little extra time but it would be greatly appreciated!
