Hi everyone—

I didn’t know the process for requesting that a particular site/software/app be added to the CT Educational Software Hub, so I asked for directions yesterday and I figured I’d pass it along (see below).  If you know of a great software tool that you would like to be allowed to use in CT classrooms, PLEASE request it!  They need to hear from us as to what we would find useful in the classroom.

I requested Canva and Anchor today—please help amplify my request by adding those tools to your own requests if you find them useful!

Best,

Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! Here are the steps needed to request that a product be added to the CT Library:

1. Use the search bar to search for the name of your product.

2. If the product you searched for does not show in the CT library, click on Show Results to see if the product is listed in the LearnCommunity Library.

3. Once you find the product you are looking for in the LearnCommunity library, hover over the product tile and click Request. If you do not see the product you are looking for in the LearnCommunity library, let us know by sending us the name of the product and the URL and we will get the product added for you.

4. When you click Request, you will be asked to fill out a request form to submit to CT. You will receive updates via email as your request is reviewed.

If there is anything else I can help you with, please let me know!
