Hi Jodie,

All yearbooks need to stay in our library (no checkouts/barcodes) with the exception of yearbook staff and students (we only have one copy for many of the years).  They can take them out of the library to use for the yearbook club (books would be the responsibility of the yearbook staff).

Many people borrow our school yearbooks.  They are not allowed to leave the building but because yearbook club, security, etc. need them for reference, we sometimes have a difficult time tracking them down.  We have only one copy of each year and we feel it would be best to formally barcode the yearbooks, as they are irreplaceable artifacts for our school. 

Has anyone added theirs to Destiny? How would you categorize them? (resource? artifact?)
