Thank you for your responses.

We have decided to catalog the yearbooks under Books - Artifacts.

*Clarification -We do not allow students to check them out.  However, there are occasions where the yearbooks do leave the Media Center for student identification purposes (security, new personnel learning student names, Blood Drive, etc.).   We hope this will better track their whereabouts as they are irreplaceable.

Good morning,

Many people borrow our school yearbooks.  They are not allowed to leave the building but because yearbook club, security, etc. need them for reference, we sometimes have a difficult time tracking them down.  We have only one copy of each year and we feel it would be best to formally barcode the yearbooks, as they are irreplaceable artifacts for our school.

Has anyone added theirs to Destiny? How would you categorize them? (resource? artifact?)

Looking for suggestions.

Thank you,
