ResearchIT has a link to ProQuest historical newspapers for The Hartford Courant from 1764-1922. That still leaves a huge gap, but it’s something.

 

Also, the NYT has allowed unlimited access to their articles from within our building, so as long as students are working here in school, they can search their archives.

Hi!  If you are at a high school, I am wondering what you use for students to access newspapers prior to 1985 (where ResearchIT starts).  Newsbank has gotten very expensive and am looking for alternatives if anyone has any.  THANK YOU!
