Hi CASL members!
The 2019-2020 Advanced Route to Certification for Library Media Specialist (ARCLMS) program is looking for a couple of volunteers to talk with the current cohorts about their Library Learning Commons.
We need:
1 elementary school librarian
1 high school librarian
When: Saturday, February 22nd for about an hour (timing is slightly flexible)
Where: Ellington Middle School, Ellington, CT
Possible topics to share with the cohorts might include (but definitely not limited to):
- Transition from traditional library to library learning commons
- Scheduling
- Collaboration
- Technology Integration
- Inquiry Process
- Student-centered learning
- Physical Layout
- Project-based learning
- 'Typical' day in your library
