Good morning,

I am looking for some help from some middle school librarians.  The child of one of our teachers wants to read The Da Vinci Code.  He loves historical mystery.  However, he is only in 7th  grade.  I haven't personally read The Da Vinci Code, but the reviews say there is a lot of adult content in the book.  If you've read The Da Vinci Code, do you think it is appropriate for a 7th grader? If not, can you pass along any similar suggestions that might be more age appropriate.
