Also, if you use someone's reference code you can help others earn more free books! See e-mail trail below I had with Carrie G. Seiden back in November.

Hi Melissa,

Thanks for sharing.  I signed up but it says only the first month free than 14.99 a month.  How do we get the free educator account?  I cannot find any info on this site regarding this...

Good Morning,

I know that many of you enjoy audiobooks so I wanted to share an amazing resource with you (thanks Carrie S. for telling me about it, and I apologize if this has already been posted).

Libro.fm is a service similar to Audible.  The main difference is that instead of being connected to Amazon, it is connected to independent bookstores.  When you sign up, you can choose which local bookstore you would like to benefit from your subscription.

Also, I recently found out that they have a program for teachers and librarians that provides free titles each month.  You can find out more and sign up here.  (You don't have to purchase a subscription to get access to their educator program!)

Please share this with anyone who may be interested!!

Have a great day,

Melissa

Hi Dawn, I do not have a code. I believe the first month should be free. My account has been inactive (on "pause')  for over a year and I was able to download and access the audiobooks. Good luck!

Carrie,

Do you have Referral Code I can use to give you credit? Also, this isn’t free, you have to pay a monthly subscription.

Take a look at this amazing offer of complimentary ALCs through Libro.fm:

I have over $400 worth of audio titles in my cart - all for free! The best part is there's no expiration date on when you can listen to the books.

Don't forget to promote and tag all the authors and publishers on social media—and add @ctcasl, too! We definitely want more of these offers in the future!

Have a great day!
