These lists are available to CONNECTICUT SCHOOL MEDIA SPECIALISTS and CONNECTICUT PUBLIC LIBRARIANS ONLY for planning and purchasing.
Please, PLEASE don't share it with the general public (students, parents, teachers, bookstores, salespeople who aren't sponsors, etc.) until MAY 1, 2020.

Thanks to all of you who do so much to make this award the amazing success it continues to be!
A couple things to note:
- The Intermediate 4-6 list & High School 9-12 are awaiting confirmation of one title on each list.
These titles will be on the list, but please note that they are subject to change.
We will let you know as soon as it is confirmed. - The Elementary 2-3 list contains books available in hardcover, since they are intended as "shareable length titles." ALL the books for the other three levels will be available in paperback on or before May 1, 2019.
The 2021 Selection Chairs want to thank all their committee members (more than 50 Connecticut Librarians and Media Specialists, plus student readers) for the intense hard work it took to read more than 350 well reviewed titles from which these lists were selected.
