Good morning all!  We have admin. assistants who have been charged with setting up Zoom meetings for various participants.  However, when they do this, they are listed as the host of the meeting - when there are two meetings happening at the same time, participants who attempt to join are told that the host is in another meeting.  This happens even if she sets up "join before host" in settings. 

My guess is that Zoom was not built for this purpose.  Does anyone have any other platforms that they would suggest?
