Has anyone had this problem?  I am trying to add titles to my collection for which I don't have records.  I click Add Title in Destiny, search and consistently get the "title not found" response. I have done this with a dozen books, with titles, and with ISBNs, some of which Follett sells on Titlewave.  I never had trouble before.
