Wow, thank you, Andrea, for your candor. We are all works-in-progress as we strive to be anti-racists. I've always used "Clan" as my husband is of Scottish heritage, and I'm beginning to rethink that as well. At least we are learning, growing, and becoming better human beings.

Beginning the work of exploring our own biases means listening to others.

I am thinking hard about how to better express how being an LMS is such an important part of my identity.
