Please count me in, too, Jane. I'll also be a traveling librarian (without a cart since Rumsey is all separate buildings with cobblestones in between and stairs in some places!) Not sure what's in store for me, but would be great to have an awesome network of librarians to connect and share with.

All,
It seems that admin is starting to release schedules and right now I will be in the classroom for K-2 library classes so teachers will have a prep period. My library space will be utilized for 2 ALP classes. I am hoping I will be given their old space so I could have a home base to plan, record lessons for remote classrooms, as well as to video conference into grades 3-5,  and to facilitate various experts via video conferencing.

I am looking for other elementary media specialists who are interested in contributing to a bank of lessons that will work with this age group.  I need to tweak some lessons from last year since I know that materials will be limited...as far as anything that is shared   In the past, I had classes for 1 hour which I loved because we had a lesson, maker activity, and book checkout. As of now, I have no idea what the length of time will be for this new model.  I suppose whatever the contract dictates for prep time.

Let me know if you are interested in giving and taking lessons that will fit this new model.
Jane
