Your school has the flexibility to make your procedure.
From our meetings, most are 3-4 days for book and 5-7 days  for glossy/harder surfaces.
You are going to be able to wipe down covers to eliminate risk.

Then I went on the ALA site and they said 3 days and referenced the same study. So, I’m confused. Not sure how to advise my school.
