Hello! I am looking for school media specialists who use Follett Destiny. I am trying to help my daughters’ school media specialist and figure out, on the admin side, how she can change it so that the kids can both place a hold OR remove the hold from their account. Right now, once the hold is placed, the students can only see it as holds available on their account. In order to remove it, it needs to be done on the end of the media specialist. I emailed their tech support to check for her, but I am just crowd sourcing here, too!
