Realized I only replied to Joan. In this new environment, this might work.
I haven't written mine yet but here is a suggestion that relates to promoting student engagement:
SLO: Students will be able to do the following whether in-person or remote:
  • complete tasks
  • pay attention
  • respond to questions
  • self monitor progress  
  • seek help when needed
  • engage in discussions
  • ask questions
  • set learning goals
  • seek feedback
  • self-asses
____% will move along the Continuum of Engagement in a positive direction from disengaged to engaged or in a manner that shows increased engagement.
